Support isn’t something most women are used to or comfortable with, which is precisely why Val and Brooke have created a nurturing & inspiring environment for women to step into their power and gifts, while allowing themselves to be vulnerable and raw. When we have a container to both breakdown and shine, we connect with the most potent, manifesting energy within us; The ability to receive.
It is in the receptive energy, we become more whole and begin to live with an unwavering self love and honor. In turn, this creates a remarkable ripple effect throughout the rest of our lives and we begin to experience lives we truly love.
In our 3-months together as a Sacred Coven, we will create rituals connecting with the New & Full Moons, astrological transits, crystals, Angels & Guides, meditation and gather applicable tools to activate energetic alignment in your life. On this spiritual journey, you will evoke the divine, limitless woman within & develop an unwavering trust that it is safe to allow your desires to lead you. Give yourself permission to get familiar with these energies and witness the magic unfolding in your life.

Most classes will be every Tuesday (Some weeks due to schedules we may shift the day)
Class times will change monthly:
- We will inform you of the Tuesday time at the beginning of each month.February 27th and the entire month of March Class times be: 5-6:30 MST (Please note, we are in the feminine, so classes may run over. Allow yourself ample time)

Meet Brooke
Brooke wholeheartedly offers herself through her devotion to Spirit. She is a Spiritual Coach who is here to support others in finding their own healing power. She studies Astrology, Yoga, and Energy as modalities to heal herself and others. As she began to recognize her own unconscious limiting beliefs and blocks, she was able to transform her relationship with life to one of more compassion, understanding, and love. Brooke believes that every human possesses the innate ability to heal and shift their life to one that flows effortlessly and in alignment with their soul’s purpose. Empowering others to embark on the transformative journey of self-discovery and love, she holds beautiful space as we shed of layers within in order to become whole. She is honored to connect with those willing to reach their highest potential and raise not only their vibration, but the vibration of the collective.
