Over this 3-month course amongst your peers, you will dive into different ways of processing challenges in a space where you feel validated and supported. As a cohort, specifically limited to 8 people, you will gather tools to consciously emerge into the new empowered creation that is so ready to be birthed, instilling a sense of trust in the process, faith in life, and yourself!

As your Spiritual Counselor & Coach, I will support you in:
Revealing blindspots that may be causing inner resistance.
Developing strategies to use your mind as a beneficial too that works for you.
Unwiring patterns and beliefs blocking you from reaching a personal level of success.
Healing and integration of the emotional body.

We are constantly evolving The cliche ‘the only thing that is constant is change’ is a cliche for a reason, yet most of us don’t permit ourselves to become anew. For most people, it is common for there to be internal pushback, tremendous overwhelm in the unknown, fear of failing, looming anticipation of loss, and feelings of being out of control. These responses are not wrong or bad, yet they often cause the transition to take much longer, leading to a personal sufferfest.

Three live Zoom calls/month
Calls are 90 minutes in length
Calls will consist of discussions covering topics and tools to support you in different areas of your life you would like support around, Q& A, Meditation
You will receive an email within 24 hours of the call with tangible steps to implement, Notes from the session and any pertinent resources

Val is currently only taking 1 client signing on for a 6 mont to year contract. (First come first serve. All clients are vetted)

All calls will be recorded and sent out within 24 hours post call.
If you have any questions or areas you would like support around, make sure you email them 24 hours in advance.

What tends to happen in life is that we let our personality direct our life and our Soul is forgotten.
The personality might be the part of you that's very attached to looking a certain way physically, being perceived as smart, an outsider, earning a certain amount of money, or having a certain kind of status.
Anything you're attached to in the day to day is part of the personality. These personality traits could even be more ‘negative’, such as being a martyr, never feeling that life is working out, or always feeling that things are being done to you unfairly.
This is still part of a personality construct.
It's an idea of who you are…and there's something else happening. There is a Soul's journey and often when these two things are disconnected, the Soul is forgotten. That's when we suffer depression, anxiety, feel hopeless and seek outside of ourselves to remedy that. Perhaps we try and get in a relationship with someone hoping they can fix it, and we project onto them that they'll fix it, but we get with them and nothing changes.
They can't fix us. They don't take away that pain.
The anxiety doesn't go away. We could also attempt to drink to forget the pain, take drugs to escape the anxiety, consume too much food or social media, anything not to feel the disconnect between the personality and the Soul.
My deep desire is to support you in feeling seen and understood for who you truly are, deeper than the personality.
