Jon Cutler, Val DAmbrosio, and Alesha Damerville have been creating events, retreats and immersions for 3 decades. They each have a sincere passion to be of service in creating remarkable experiences, refine them to perfection and construct their clients vision into a exquisite, lived reality.

With over 25 years in the hospitality business, Jon has produced events ranging from 650 person New Year’s celebrations to cocktail parties for British royalty. Entertaining is in his blood, and his goal is to make everyone feel like a special guest, and the event was created for them. Over the past five years Jon has been the acting COO and Chief of staff for a New York family office. Overseeing the global real estate portfolio and ensuring the day to day operations are maintained at the highest level of excellence. Jon brings years of expertise and authentic excitement to all projects, and has an unwavering commitment to refine every aspect of his work to be of supreme quality.
